1.2. What time is check-in/check-out at the hotel? – Check-in at the hotel starts after 14:00h, and the check-out of the rooms on the last day is until 12:00h

1.3. What is the working time of Reception? – The hotel Reception is available 24/7.

1.1. Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel? – Yes, there is free Wi-Fi connection in all rooms and common areas. You will receive an access password at the Reception.

1.2. Is there parking at the hotel? – The hotel has its own parking lot, which has a limited number of places and does not require prior reservation. This service is paid additionally upon check-in – 15 BGN /a day.

1.3. What type of accommodation offer the hotel? – The hotel offers accommodation on an All-Inclusive basis with meals and drinks included in the restaurant, lobby bar and pool bar.

1.4. What does the All-inclusive board include? – Our All-Inclusive offer includes a varied menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon snack served at a buffet. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, hot drinks and water.

1.5. Are all services in the hotel included in the price? – No, we have services that are paid additionally, if the guest wishes to use them: parking, entertainment games in our game room, imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the Lobby Bar, massages.

1.6. Is it possible to order a transfer? – Do you need a transfer to or from the hotel? We can assist you with sending an offer and organizing it. Contact us through the contact form or on WhatsApp+Viber number +359 876 004 960.

1.7. Is the pool water heated? – The hotel has an outdoor unheated pool with sunbeds and umbrellas.

1.8. Is there a safe in the room? – Not in the hotel rooms. You can rent a safe at the reception, for an additional fee of 5 BGN / a day.

1.9. Is there a fridge in the room? – No, the rooms have mini bar without drinks included, that cools the drinks placed in it.

1.10. Do you offer baby cots? – Yes, we provide baby cots free of charge. Please, if you would like to use, request it in advance.

1.11. Can I request additional requests on my booking? – If you have a preference for accommodation on a lower or higher floor, a specific room number or view, please let us know in advance. We cannot guarantee them, but we will do our best to answer them.

1.12. Do you accept pets? – We love animals and know that they are an important part of your family. We can accept pets weighing up to 5 kg and established hygiene habits, for an additional fee of 15 BGN / a day.
